Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing our website at sarmadcreative.com or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using this website or our services.

2. Services

Sarmad Creative LLC provides professional digital creative services including, but not limited to:

• Ad video production and editing
• Motion graphics (2D and 3D)
• Website design and development
• SaaS web application development

Specific deliverables, timelines, and pricing for each project are defined in a separate project agreement or proposal provided to the client before work begins.

3. Project Agreements and Payments

All projects require a signed proposal or written agreement before work begins. A deposit of 50% of the total project fee is required upfront, with the remaining balance due upon project completion before final file delivery.

Payment terms, milestones, and accepted payment methods will be specified in the project agreement. Late payments may result in work suspension.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, Sarmad Creative LLC transfers ownership of the final deliverables to the client. The Company retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless the client requests confidentiality in writing.

All preliminary designs, drafts, and unused concepts remain the intellectual property of Sarmad Creative LLC.

The client warrants that any materials provided to the Company (logos, images, text, etc.) are owned by the client or that the client has the legal right to use them.

5. Revisions and Scope

Each project includes a defined number of revision rounds as specified in the project agreement. Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional fees. Major changes to the project scope after work has begun will require a revised agreement.

6. Client Responsibilities

The client agrees to:

• Provide all required content, assets, and feedback in a timely manner
• Ensure all provided materials do not infringe on third-party rights
• Designate a point of contact for project communication
• Make timely payments as agreed

Delays caused by the client may affect the project timeline and the Company shall not be held responsible for such delays.

7. Limitation of Liability

Sarmad Creative LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of our services or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the project engagement and not to disclose it to third parties without prior written consent.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. In the event of termination, the client shall pay for all work completed up to the date of termination. Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
